Amy

You've always got a brand new idea lighting up your eyes

A funny way of looking at the world that makes me smile

You’ve got a gentle touch for every animal you meet

A house full of cats and a soul that is so sweet

And whenever I am struggling, you're the first one at my door

Always here for me, I couldn't ask for any more

Amy, you’ve got the biggest heart in the world

Watching you with your children, my beautiful girl

You love so deeply, giving everything you can

But no matter how the years go by, or where you stand

You will always be my baby girl

I see the way you hold your kids, so fiercely and so kind

The kind of pure devotion that is beautiful to find

You pour your spirit into the ones you love the most

Keeping everybody safe, keeping everybody close

And even with a crowded house and a million things to do

You always make the time to let me know I matter, too

Amy, you’ve got the biggest heart in the world

Watching you with your children, my beautiful girl

You love so deeply, giving everything you can

But no matter how the years go by, or where you stand

You will always be my baby girl

From the kid who wanted every single stray to come inside

To the woman that you are today, my overwhelming pride

You're a brilliant light, a mother, and my dearest friend

And I will be your safe place until the very end

Oh Amy, you’ve got the biggest heart in the world

Watching you with your children, my beautiful girl

You love so deeply, giving everything you can

But no matter how the years go by, or where you stand

You will always be my baby girl

Yes, you will always be my baby girl
