Tyler

We met at a shelter when life was so hard

Just trying to heal up and let down our guards

But you were exactly what I was looking for

A steady hand when I needed it more

We started with nothing but hope in our eyes

And built up a love that took me by surprise

Tyler, you're the best daddy in this whole world

Thank you for being there for our beautiful girls

You love us so deeply, you promise to stay

I know that you're never gonna walk away

From the bottom of my heart, I need you to see

I love you for all that you are to me

A few years went by and the picture grew bright

When Olivia came and she brought us the light

Then four years later, our family grew

When Oaklee arrived and made our dreams come true

They're the absolute best gifts I’ll ever know

And they're safe in the love that you constantly show

Tyler, you're the best daddy in this whole world

Thank you for being there for our beautiful girls

You love us so deeply, you promise to stay

I know that you're never gonna walk away

From the bottom of my heart, I need you to see

I love you for all that you are to me

I want to say I'm sorry for the times I caused you pain

For the mistakes I've made and the tears in the rain

But you held us together, you weathered the storm

You kept this whole family so safe and so warm

Tyler, you're the best daddy in this whole world

Thank you for being there for our beautiful girls

You love us so deeply, you promise to stay

I know that you're never gonna walk away

From the bottom of my heart, I need you to see

Thank you for loving Olivia, Oaklee, and me
