Derrerico Chambers and Gregory Hervey

Derrerico and Gregory, my baby brothers grown

Walking in a strength and a wisdom of your own

You're the quiet storms, steady and deep

Leading your families, the promises you keep

Independent men, standing tall in the light

Guiding your homes by faith and not by sight

'Cause we are family, lit and on fire for God

Supporting each other no matter the road that we trod

Down at New Birth Ministries, Christ is with us today

Lifting each other up every step of the way

Different paths, but we share the same flame

Praising the Lord and blessing His name

Derrerico Chambers, Gregory Hervey, you shine

With different qualities, but our roots intertwine

You carve your own ways, you follow your call

But I know if one stumbles, the others won't fall

Through the trials and the triumphs, whatever we face

We are covered in love and we're anchored in grace

'Cause we are family, lit and on fire for God

Supporting each other no matter the road that we trod

Down at New Birth Ministries, Christ is with us today

Lifting each other up every step of the way

Different paths, but we share the same flame

Praising the Lord and blessing His name

The Word says in Psalm one-hundred-thirty-three

How good and pleasant it is to live in unity

Brothers dwelling together in a harmony so sweet

It’s the oil of the Spirit flowing down to our feet

No matter the distance, no matter the test

In the hands of the Savior, this family is blessed

Yes, we are family, lit and on fire for God!

Supporting each other no matter the road that we trod

Down at New Birth Ministries, Christ is with us today

Lifting each other up every step of the way

Derrerico and Gregory, we share the same flame

Forever on fire, blessing His name!
