Franklin

We met a little later down the road

After carrying our share of heavy loads

But the moment that our paths finally crossed

I knew that heaven found what I had lost

We knew right then that we were meant to be

A beautiful design for you and me

Franklin, you're the answer to my prayer

A gentle soul who showed me how to care

Franklin, you are patient, virtuous, and kind

With the biggest, loving heart I could ever find

You are loyal and true, and you pull me through

I see the Holy Spirit shining out of you

I give thanks in all circumstances, whatever we do

For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you

We’ve had some hard times, we've faced the rain

Walked through the valleys and our share of pain

But the struggles never tore us apart

They only anchored my soul to your heart

Life is way too short, we already know

For another disappointment, another bitter blow

So I hold onto you with all my might

My beautiful fiancé, walking in the light

Franklin, you are patient, virtuous, and kind

With the biggest, loving heart I could ever find

You are loyal and true, and you pull me through

I see the Holy Spirit shining out of you

I give thanks in all circumstances, whatever we do

For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you

When the days are heavy, your spirit is strong

You are the melody to my gospel song

With every single morning that we get to see

I thank the Lord above that you belong to me

We praise Him for the trials, we praise Him for the joy

A faithful love that nothing can destroy

Franklin, you are patient, virtuous, and kind

With the biggest, loving heart I could ever find

You are loyal and true, and you pull me through

I see the Holy Spirit shining out of you

I give thanks in all circumstances, whatever we do

For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you

Yes, I give thanks in all circumstances, whatever we do

For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you
