Rose

Sister, you always know how to make me smile

A sweet kind of funny that carries for miles

So generous, giving, and quick to be kind

The most loving sister that someone could find

Oh, Rose, take a moment to celebrate you

Look at the healing you've been walking through

When the dark clouds roll in and the heavy winds form

You are the light, the love, and the storm

Yeah, you are the light, the love, and the storm

I know that the road hasn't always been clear

You've carried the weight and you've battled the fear

But I watched you stand up when you wanted to break

And turn all your struggles to steps you could take

Oh, Rose, take a moment to celebrate you

Look at the healing you've been walking through

When the dark clouds roll in and the heavy winds form

You are the light, the love, and the storm

Yeah, you are the light, the love, and the storm

So look in the mirror and see what I see

A beautiful soul who is finally free

It's time to step out and just soak in the sun

Be proud of the woman that you have become

So Rose, take a moment to celebrate you

Look at the healing you've been walking through

When the dark clouds roll in and the heavy winds form

You are the light, the love, and the storm

Yeah, you are the light, the love, and the storm

My beautiful sister, you are the storm
