Christopher

Look at the man you've become, Christopher

Standing strong when the road was rough

I know this world can be cruel and cold

But it couldn't break your beautiful soul

You walked through the shadows, you carried the weight

Never let the struggle turn into hate

I watched you survive, I watched you pull through

And I just want to say how much I love you

You are worthy, never doubt it for a minute

Got a beautiful heart and the spirit within it

There is nothing in this life you can't do

'Cause the strength of Christ is working through you

Keep your head up, keep shining so bright

My son, you are worthy of the light

I see the way that you love your own

The most incredible father they could have known

You’re patient and caring, thoughtful and kind

Leaving the pain of the past far behind

You give them your time, you give them your grace

Putting a smile on your family's face

It’s a beautiful thing just watching you grow

Into the absolute best man that I know

You are worthy, never doubt it for a minute

Got a beautiful heart and the spirit within it

There is nothing in this life you can't do

'Cause the strength of Christ is working through you

Keep your head up, keep shining so bright

My son, you are worthy of the light

When the doubts try to whisper, when the mountains look steep

Remember the promises He’s gonna keep

I am so proud to call you my son

Look at the battles you've already won

Through Him, you've got power, through Him, you are free

You're everything I always prayed you would be

You are worthy, never doubt it for a minute

Got a beautiful heart and the spirit within it

There is nothing in this life you can't do

'Cause the strength of Christ is working through you

Keep your head up, keep shining so bright

Christopher, you are worthy of the light

Yeah, you can do anything, step into the light
