Jerry

Jerry, you've got a way of making it right

A friendly smile that always brings the light

Side by side, baby, whatever the weather

We spend our lives doing everything together

You're the steady rhythm in my soul

The loving partner who makes me whole

You're my real handyman, fixing all the broken parts

Building up a shelter around our hearts

With every little thing you do, you show me why

I'll be forever yours, Jerry, till I die

Yeah, forever yours, till I die

You pour your soul into the girls we adore

Renee, Kristel, and Shanelle couldn't ask for more

And when you're laughing with Aiden, your only grandson

I look around at the beautiful life we've begun

Those gentle hands that know how to repair

Are the exact same ones showing us how much you care

You're my real handyman, fixing all the broken parts

Building up a shelter around our hearts

With every little thing you do, you show me why

I'll be forever yours, Jerry, till I die

Yeah, forever yours, till I die

Through every season, through the wear and tear

I look beside me, and you're always right there

You keep this house a home, you keep my spirit high

You're the only love I need, the only reason why

'Cause you're my real handyman, fixing all the broken parts

Building up a shelter around our hearts

With every little thing you do, you show me why

I'll be forever yours, Jerry, till I die

I'm forever yours, baby, till I die
