Timothy

Walking through the sanctuary doors

Hand in hand, I know my heart is yours

Hearing the choir start to sing

I thank the Lord for the joy you bring

You stand beside me, tall and true

I see the Spirit shine right through you

Oh, Timothy, you lift me higher

A steady faith, a holy fire

You're the most amazing man I know

With a strength that makes my spirit glow

I count my blessings every day

That heaven put you in my way

When the world is heavy on my mind

You are the shelter that I find

A solid rock, a guiding grace

There is a peace upon your face

We bow our heads and start to pray

And you wash my every fear away

Oh, Timothy, you lift me higher

A steady faith, a holy fire

You're the most amazing man I know

With a strength that makes my spirit glow

I count my blessings every day

That heaven put you in my way

Hallelujah for the love we share

Nothing in this world could quite compare

You lead with kindness, you lead with heart

A beautiful bond that will never part

Lord, I praise You for this man

The greatest blessing in Your plan

Oh, Timothy, you lift me higher

A steady faith, a holy fire

You're the most amazing man I know

With a strength that makes my spirit glow

I count my blessings every day

That heaven put you in my way

Yes, you're the most amazing man to me!
