Margaret

Lord, You formed the heavens and the earth so wide,

And You placed a beautiful teacher by my side.

Out of all the souls that You have ever made,

I was given Margaret, where Your love's displayed.

You could have chosen anyone to hold her hand,

But You made me her daughter in Your perfect plan.

God has blessed my spirit with the gift of you,

Patient, kind, and thoughtful in all you do.

You're the greatest mother I could ever know,

A selfless, guiding light wherever I may go.

I pray the Lord will keep you in His warm embrace,

And bless you, my sweet mother, with eternal grace.

I see the sacrifices that you quietly made,

A wisdom and a kindness that will never fade.

In the little moments that we deeply share,

Even in the tissue tab, I see your care.

You taught me how to live and how to seek the light,

Reflecting heaven's glory, shining pure and bright.

For every single burden that you bore for me,

I pray He grants you peace for all eternity.

I thank the Lord above for the love you give,

A testament of faith as long as I shall live.

God has blessed my spirit with the gift of you,

Patient, kind, and thoughtful in all you do.

You're the greatest mother I could ever know,

A selfless, guiding light wherever I may go.

I pray the Lord will keep you, more than words can tell,

And send eternal blessings all the way to Roswell.
