Nancy ann

I was only nineteen when you caught my eye

I couldn't imagine as the years went by

I needed a partner, I needed a wife

And God brought you right at the start of my life

I knew I'd commit to a journey with you

And every promise we made has held true

Oh my love, how I love you, my sweet Nancy ann

Walking together and holding His hand

Thirty-eight years by the grace of God above

I am so blessed by your precious love

Your beauty's a bonus, your kind heart is true

I thank the Lord for the gift of you

You're the beautiful mother of the children we raised

A faithful Christian lady who gives Heaven praise

Now fourteen grandbabies are filling the room

Watching the seeds of our early love bloom

You're so amazing in all that you do

I couldn't imagine a lifetime without you

Oh my love, how I love you, my sweet Nancy ann

Walking together and holding His hand

Thirty-eight years by the grace of God above

I am so blessed by your precious love

Your beauty's a bonus, your kind heart is true

I thank the Lord for the gift of you

Your love for the Lord is a wonderful sight

Guiding our family and shining so bright

It changed who I am and it opened my eyes

I'm so thankful you shared Christ with me in this life

Oh my love, how I love you, my sweet Nancy ann

Walking together and holding His hand

Thirty-eight years by the grace of God above

I am so blessed by your precious love

Your beauty's a bonus, your kind heart is true

I thank the Lord for the gift of you

Yes, I thank the Lord for the gift of you
