Charlotte

There’s a light in the doorway whenever we come around

The sweetest kind of welcome that can ever be found

Charlotte, you’ve got a way of making us feel at home

Making sure that nobody ever feels alone

You gather the family, you call up the friends

When we are together, we don't want it to end

'Cause you’ve always got a smile and a hug for everyone

Warming up the room like the morning sun

You’re truly one of a kind, a beautiful soul

The heart of this family that makes us all whole

Charlotte, we want you to know that it’s true

Everyone thinks you are special, and we all love you

I love to sit back and just watch how you smile

How you'll stop and listen, and talk for a while

You pour out your heart without thinking twice

Giving us everything, never asking a price

It’s the way that you love, so gentle and deep

These moments with you are the memories we keep

'Cause you’ve always got a smile and a hug for everyone

Warming up the room like the morning sun

You’re truly one of a kind, a beautiful soul

The heart of this family that makes us all whole

Charlotte, we want you to know that it’s true

Everyone thinks you are special, and we all love you

If you ever wonder what we see in your face

It’s the center of our world, our favorite place

Every single person whose life you have touched

Just wants to say thank you, we love you so much

You’ve always got a smile and a hug for everyone

Warming up the room like the morning sun

You’re truly one of a kind, a beautiful soul

The heart of this family that makes us all whole

Charlotte, we want you to know that it’s true

Everyone thinks you are special, and we all love you

Yeah, everyone thinks you are special, and we all love you
