Caleb

You were the first one to change who we are

Our beautiful firstborn, our bright morning star

You looked in our eyes and you figured it out

The first to say "mama" and "dada" out loud

Oh, Caleb, we love you more than words can say

And we are so proud of you, every new day

You're smart and you're loving, so caring and true

There's a wonderful light shining right out of you

We sit round the table and share in a meal

Just watching you grow changes how we all feel

You look out for your sister with such a kind grace

Always putting a beautiful smile on her face

Oh, Caleb, we love you more than words can say

And we are so proud of you, every new day

You're smart and you're loving, so caring and true

There's a wonderful light shining right out of you

From the very first moment you opened your eyes

To the boy you are now, so compassionate and wise

No matter how tall or how old you might grow

We will always be with you, we want you to know

Oh, Caleb, we love you more than words can say

And we are so proud of you, every new day

You're smart and you're loving, so caring and true

We will always, forever, be so proud of you
