Rafaela

We share the secrets, we share the years

You always know how to dry up my tears

Rafaela, you're the light in the room

With a sudden joke that clears out the gloom

We've walked this road, so closely tied

My favorite place is right by your side

So I pray heaven watches over your door

May God bless your family, now and much more

For the joy that you give and the love that you show

May His grace follow you wherever you go

My beautiful sister, my lifelong friend

I'm holding your hand right up to the end

I think of the times that we laugh till we ache

The heavy burdens that you help me shake

You carry a spark that brightens the dark

And leaves such a warm, unforgettable mark

Through all of the seasons, the highs and the lows

We're the closest of sisters, and heaven knows

So I pray heaven watches over your door

May God bless your family, now and much more

For the joy that you give and the love that you show

May His grace follow you wherever you go

My beautiful sister, my lifelong friend

I'm holding your hand right up to the end

May your home be a haven of comfort and rest

May you and your loved ones always be blessed

He sees the beautiful spirit you bear

And keeps your whole family safe in His care

So I pray heaven watches over your door

May God bless your family, now and much more

For the joy that you give and the love that you show

May His grace follow you wherever you go

My beautiful sister, my lifelong friend

I'm holding your hand right up to the end
