Chenelle

You came into my life, my second baby girl

Bringing laughter and a light that brightened up my world

Chenelle, you have a heart that's always quick to love

With a gentle kind of patience sent from up above

You're funny and you're bright, intelligent and true

I count my greatest blessings when I look at you

You can do all things through Jesus, who gives you the strength

When the road gets too heavy and you don't understand

He will work out all things for your good, my Chenelle

Just trust that He's holding your hand

Yes, trust Him, and all will be well

I see the way you stand, courageous through the storm

A supportive soul who keeps everybody warm

You lift the people up when they are feeling low

With a wisdom in your words that continues to grow

Whenever you face doubt, or shadows start to creep

Remember there's a promise that Heaven's gonna keep

You can do all things through Jesus, who gives you the strength

When the road gets too heavy and you don't understand

He will work out all things for your good, my Chenelle

Just trust that He's holding your hand

Yes, trust Him, and all will be well

My beautiful second daughter, shining so bright

Keep walking by faith, keep walking in His light

Your mind is so sharp and your spirit is so brave

Lean on His love and the grace that He gave

You can do all things through Jesus, who gives you the strength

When the road gets too heavy and you don't understand

He will work out all things for your good, my Chenelle

Just trust that He's holding your hand

Yes, trust Him, and all will be well

Trust Him, Chenelle, and all will be well
