Caleb

There’s a heavy silence in the room today

Thinking 'bout the words we want to say

You were such a special little boy

Filling up this family with joy

Always so happy, always so bright

You were our little ray of morning light

We love and miss you, it’s hard to explain

But we’re holding on through all the pain

Oh, Caleb, you meant the world to us

You had a smile on that special little face

No matter what the day would bring

You left your love all over this place

You touched the lives of so many right from the start

And you will forever be in our hearts

The memories we hold are so dear to us

A treasure we will keep, a sacred trust

You were full of so much love to give

In every single moment you got to live

We close our eyes and we can see you shine

Leaving all the heavy things behind

It’s hard to let go, it’s hard to move on

When a light like yours is suddenly gone

Oh, Caleb, you meant the world to us

You had a smile on that special little face

No matter what the day would bring

You left your love all over this place

You touched the lives of so many right from the start

And you will forever be in our hearts

You are so missed by so many, it’s true

We’d give up everything for one more day with you

But we’ll keep your sweet spirit alive and well

In every single story that we tell

Oh, Caleb, you meant the world to us

You had a smile on that special little face

No matter what the day would bring

You left your love all over this place

You touched the lives of so many right from the start

Yes, you will forever be in our hearts

You will forever be in our hearts
