Emmersyn

I count the daily blessings that the good Lord sends my way

But the sweetest one is waking up to see your smile today

Emmersyn, you're precious, a light so pure and true

I see a little piece of heaven when I look at you

Oh, no matter how tall you stand

No matter where you travel, guided by His hand

You’ve got a spirit full of wonder and a heart full of joy

And you will always be my baby boy

Yes, Emmersyn, you will always be my baby boy

You've got a mind so smart, you're learning every day

And you keep me laughing with the funny things you say

There is a holy sunshine radiating from your face

Watching how you're growing is a testament of grace

Oh, no matter how tall you stand

No matter where you travel, guided by His hand

You’ve got a spirit full of wonder and a heart full of joy

And you will always be my baby boy

Yes, Emmersyn, you will always be my baby boy

When the evening settles and the busy day is done

I wrap my arms around you, my beautiful son

I thank God for our snuggles, the quiet and the peace

This bond we share together is a love that won't decrease

Oh, no matter how tall you stand

No matter where you travel, guided by His hand

You’ve got a spirit full of wonder and a heart full of joy

And you will always be my baby boy

Yes, Emmersyn, you will always be my baby boy

Forever and always, my baby boy
