Heaven

The absolute best day of my entire life

Was the moment I held you and held you so tight

I looked in your eyes and my spirit awoke

It woke up my soul when the universe spoke

The day that I had you, my heart was complete

The love of my life, breathing right next to me

Oh, Heaven, you have the purest heart

A smile that lights the world in the dark

No matter what happens, no matter where I go

I will forever love you, I need you to know

I'll always have your back, I will never let go

Forever your mom, my beautiful soul

You are the most genuine person I know

My answered prayer, just watching you grow

We shared a bond that was fiercely strong

And I miss it so deeply, I miss where we belong

But nothing can change what you mean to my life

You're still my whole world, my guiding light

Oh, Heaven, you have the purest heart

A smile that lights the world in the dark

No matter what happens, no matter where I go

I will forever love you, I need you to know

I'll always have your back, I will never let go

Forever your mom, my beautiful soul

Distance may happen and seasons may change

But the love of a mother will always remain

You are my daughter, my answered prayer

Whenever you look for me, I will be there

Oh, Heaven, you have the purest heart

A smile that lights the world in the dark

No matter what happens, no matter where I go

I will forever love you, I need you to know

I'll always have your back, I will never let go

Forever your mom, my beautiful soul
