Tabitha

Tabitha, my beautiful daughter

You carry a light in your soul

Every note that you sing for the Savior

Makes a heavy spirit whole

When you lift up your hands to the heavens

And you let the melodies soar

I see the grace that He gave you

Singing praises to the Lord

Oh, God is good all the time

And all the time, God is good

You show the world His love, Tabitha

Just like I always prayed you would

Keep singing out His holy name

Let the Spirit lead the way

God is good all the time

Every single day

I think of our trips to the mountains

Climbing up where the air is so clear

Looking out at the peaks and the valleys

Feeling His presence so near

You looked at the beautiful creation

And smiled at the wonders He made

We stood on the rock of His promise

In the sunshine and the shade

Oh, God is good all the time

And all the time, God is good

You show the world His love, Tabitha

Just like I always prayed you would

Keep singing out His holy name

Let the Spirit lead the way

God is good all the time

Every single day

Your voice is a sweet testimony

Ringing out from the highest height

A daughter who walks in the Spirit

And worships with all of her might

From the mountain peaks down to the valley

His mercy is never-ending

So lift up your song to the sky

And keep on ascending!

Oh, God is good all the time

And all the time, God is good

You show the world His love, Tabitha

Just like I always prayed you would

Keep singing out His holy name

Let the Spirit lead the way

God is good all the time

Every single day

Yes, God is good all the time

Sing it out, Tabitha, sing it today!
