I wake up to a mountain, another heavy day

This MS tried to break me, tried to stand right in my way

Now breast cancer is knocking, trying to steal my light

But I just keep my head up, I’m stepping in the fight

I look up to the heavens when the road gets rough and long

I know exactly where my healing and my help are coming from

Every day I’m thankful for the goodness of the Lord

Got MeMe, King, and MoMo, bringing joy into my soul

My grandbabies remind me that the Spirit makes me whole

My parents and my sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins too

Wrapped in all this family love, I know He's pulling through
