Jesus

I watch you in the morning, before the sun is bright

You give everything you have to make our world feel right

Every single day with you is a memory we hold

Watching you with our boys never could get old

You don't ask for any praise, you just do what you must do

And I don't say it loud enough, but I'm so in love with you

You always put us first, you make it all come true

Even when you're struggling, you push right on through

The most amazing partner, the best dad that we know

We might not say it often, but I need to let it show

We appreciate you, Jesus, for all the things you do

We can't thank you enough, we are so in love with you

You're so selfless with your time, working through the day

Keeping all the worries and the heavy clouds at bay

It's the ordinary moments, just laughing on the floor

Making magic for the boys, I couldn't ask for more

You hide the times you're tired behind a gentle smile

You make every single second of this life worthwhile

You always put us first, you make it all come true

Even when you're struggling, you push right on through

The most amazing partner, the best dad that we know

We might not say it often, but I need to let it show

We appreciate you, Jesus, for all the things you do

We can't thank you enough, we are so in love with you

I know it isn't easy, the sacrifices made

I see the way you give your all, the foundations you have laid

I know you carry burdens that you never let us see

Just to make it happen for our little family

You always put us first, you make it all come true

Even when you're struggling, you push right on through

The most amazing partner, the best dad that we know

We might not say it often, but I need to let it show

We appreciate you, Jesus, for all the things you do

We can't thank you enough, we are so in love with you
