Barbara

Step into the room, feel the warmth embrace us

You always had a way to elevate and raise us

Barbara, you’re the heart, the rhythm of the home

Making sure your children never walk alone

Every time we come together in this space

We find our peace inside your sweet embrace

We are gathered in your love today

More than any simple words could ever say

From your children, with a bond so deep and true

Everything we are, we owe it all to you

Barbara, you’re the light that shines above

And we will always gather in your love

Looking at the memories we made through the years

You were always there to wipe away the tears

Now the house is full, the laughter fills the air

Nothing can compare to the way you care

Every single child standing by your side

Looking at our mother with so much pride

We are gathered in your love today

More than any simple words could ever say

From your children, with a bond so deep and true

Everything we are, we owe it all to you

Barbara, you’re the light that shines above

And we will always gather in your love

No matter where life takes us, no matter where we roam

Your open arms will always be our favorite home

We circle back to you, the center of it all

You lift us up every time we fall

Yeah, we love you, Mom, we just need you to know

Our love for you will only continue to grow

We are gathered in your love today

More than any simple words could ever say

From your children, with a bond so deep and true

Everything we are, we owe it all to you

Barbara, you’re the light that shines above

And we will always gather in your love
